Low Level Magic Shop Generator - D&D 5e Tier 1 Items

Generate a D&D 5e magic shop scaled to a tier 1 party, so the inventory stays common and uncommon. Reroll for a new shop or share the seeded link.

This magic shop variant presets the magic type and scales the roll for a level 3, party-of-4 table, so the tier-gated magic stock stays common and uncommon on top of a base inventory such as a Bag of Holding, Spell Scroll: Mage Armor, and Potion of Invisibility. Reroll for a new shop or open an example below to see its full inventory.

Questions

Why does this variant only show common and uncommon magic stock?
The preset level (3) and party size (4) feed a tier-gated magic stock roll meant for a tier 1 party, so it favors common and uncommon items over rarer stock.
How is this different from the high level magic shop variant?
Both preset the magic type and roll from the same base inventory pool, but the high level variant presets level 15 and a party of 6, which shifts the magic stock toward rarer items instead.
